2、 Characteristics of adhesive liquid

1. FR-10 pressure-sensitive adhesive is a two-component product that should be used in conjunction with aziridine curing agent. Different formulation ratios will result in different adhesive protective tapes.

2. Good initial adhesion, high peel strength, and high temperature resistance up to 130 º C for three hours without adhesive transfer.

3. Suitable for isolating the surface of rubber strips during car surface painting.

3、 Preparation and precautions of adhesive solution

1. Preparation:

In the case of mechanically stirring FR-10, slowly add a quantitative curing agent that has been diluted with an appropriate amount of water. After adding the curing agent, ensure to stir for 5 minutes to evenly disperse it in the adhesive solution, and filter it through a 200 mesh filter.

2. Precautions

① The safe use period of the adhesive solution for preparing curing agents generally does not exceed 6 hours;

② The product should avoid freezing and exposure to sunlight, with storage conditions of 5-35 ° C and an effective storage period of 6 months.
